Description
Sydecar is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a core product engineering team in a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with 2–3 days per week in the office. The role combines technical leadership, architectural guidance, product strategy, and people management to deliver business-critical initiatives, maintain technical quality and scalability, and develop high-performing engineering teams. Candidates should have 3–5 years of engineering management experience in fast-moving, product-led environments, at least 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, and experience leading teams that shipped meaningful product work in startup or high-growth settings.
