Tacton is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead up to approximately 15 engineers, manage performance and career development, support reliable software delivery, and help transform engineering teams toward AI-native development. The role requires proven experience leading 10+ engineers, a technical background, organizational change experience, practical AI software-engineering experience, and strong communication and strategic judgment.
