Tacton is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow up to approximately 15 engineers, support reliable software delivery, promote team ownership, and help transform engineering practices toward AI-native development. The role requires proven experience leading 10+ engineers, a technical background, organizational change experience, practical AI software-engineering experience, and strong communication and strategic judgment. The position offers a flexible hybrid setup with three days per week in the office, along with paid time off, pension, wellness allowance, healthcare insurance, and parental leave support.
