Description
Termgrid is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of 6–12 software engineers across frontend, backend, and platform engineering. The role owns the engineering delivery pipeline, partners with product, design, and data teams, drives hiring and engineering best practices, resolves technical bottlenecks, and represents engineering in cross-functional leadership. The manager reports directly to the CTO and requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in engineering management or technical leadership at a product-driven company, along with hands-on backend or full-stack development experience.
