Description
ProLift Rigging is hiring an Engineering Manager in Memphis to lead and grow a team of engineers, develop engineering strategy and standards, mentor future leaders, implement efficiency tools, and support safe project execution. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering, at least five years of heavy lift, rigging, or related engineering experience, technical team leadership experience, and experience with lift planning and engineering software. Preferred qualifications include a Professional Engineer license, heavy lift or structural engineering experience, familiarity with industry standards, and experience with RISA-3D, AutoCAD, Inventor, MathCAD, or similar tools.
