Description
Thredd is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop multiple engineering teams, own complex project delivery, manage third-party technology partners, align priorities with Product and senior stakeholders, remove blockers, and improve engineering processes. The role supports the UK engineering team on larger strategic initiatives and requires proven people-management, stakeholder-management, delivery, and software-development experience; hands-on coding is not essential. The position ideally requires at least one day per week in the London office.
