Thrill Labs is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a fast-growing engineering team, drive technical excellence, oversee end-to-end delivery of scalable solutions, collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders, optimize development processes and CI/CD pipelines, and resolve complex technical and operational issues. The role requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in team management, hands-on coding in Java or a frontend technology, experience with distributed systems and relevant backend or frontend technologies, CI/CD and DevOps experience, strong communication skills, and C1 English proficiency.
