Description
Tide is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery and technical direction of its global member onboarding platform across the UK, India, Germany, and France. The role owns scalable, secure, compliant, and extensible systems for member sign-ups, verification, and initial account setup; manages and develops engineering teams; and collaborates with Product, KYX, IAM, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance. The position requires extensive server-side application experience, strong Java and Spring Boot knowledge, microservices and REST API expertise, cloud-native development, database and third-party integration experience, and direct people-management experience. The role is remote-first with flexible working hours and access to Tide’s offices.
