Toast is hiring an Engineering Manager for its IQ Grow team to lead high-ownership engineering work on AI agents, marketing and demand-generation solutions, and restaurant guest experiences. The role combines hands-on backend and full-stack development, technical architecture, product delivery, and mentorship of engineers, with a focus on Java, Kotlin, React, Android, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and AI development tools. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the Dublin office.
