TOPdesk is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or two technical teams in front-end, middleware, back-end, data, or platform engineering. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, hiring, delivery ownership, quality and operational stability, and hands-on work with AI-native software delivery using Claude Code and related agent workflows. The manager will grow engineers into senior and staff roles, contribute to architecture and standards, and operate agents to build reusable subagents, evaluations, and patterns. The position is based in the Netherlands, with the engineering organisation spanning Delft, Budapest, and Kaiserslautern, and offers a hybrid working environment.
