Description
Trackier is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a backend engineering team, own delivery and technical quality, support customers and escalations, and ensure production reliability across distributed systems. The role requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including people leadership, a BE/BTech degree, strong communication, and hands-on familiarity with Go or Node.js, distributed backend technologies, cloud deployment, observability, and engineering practices.
