Turnkey is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its engineering organization, define engineering strategy and technical vision, and provide architectural oversight for product and infrastructure built around developer-first private key management and web3 infrastructure. The role involves managing a high-performing engineering team, driving recruitment and onboarding, guiding modern application architecture decisions, and ensuring scalability, security, reliability, quality, and consistency across decentralized systems.
