Description
Vantage is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a mixed-level software engineering team while setting technical direction, managing delivery and risk, improving SDLC and CI/CD governance, and collaborating with product, design, and other stakeholders. The role requires at least three years of software engineering team management experience, a track record of hiring and mentoring engineers, and strong cross-functional collaboration; preferred experience includes Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, Postgres, Django, advertising platform APIs, and CI/CD and DevOps. The position is remote-first and based in Toronto.
