Viant is hiring an Engineer Manager for its Brimfield medical device manufacturing facility. The role provides hands-on manufacturing engineering support to Operations, leads new-product ramps, cost-reduction and quality initiatives, process and test-method validations, regulatory and quality-system requirements, and cross-functional projects. It also involves Lean and Six Sigma improvement, problem-solving, documentation, customer and supplier communication, staff mentoring, and performance management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, statistical and problem-solving knowledge, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The stated annual salary range is $150,000-$175,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
