Description
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a Product Engineering organization responsible for electromechanical sensing products across the full lifecycle, including new product development, advanced R&D, sustaining engineering, and value analysis. The role manages engineering programs and project portfolios, maintains quality, configuration, and reliability controls, develops engineering talent, and partners with customers and cross-functional teams. It requires a mechanical or related engineering degree, at least three years leading engineering teams in product development, at least five years of electromechanical sensing and fluid or electrical systems design development, regulated-industry experience, familiarity with FAA certification, and U.S. citizenship.
