Description
The Engineering Manager will lead plant-level engineering operations for a high-precision, continuous-process manufacturing organization in the Johnson City, Tennessee area. The role manages multidisciplinary engineering teams across process, controls, reliability, facilities, and maintenance; drives process optimization, automation, CAPEX execution, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and New Product Introduction; and collaborates with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Corporate Engineering. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams. The position is onsite, offers relocation assistance, and requires U.S. citizenship or a Green Card because sponsorship is not available.
