Description
Willdan Lighting & Electric is hiring an Engineering Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of its engineering team and support overall program delivery. The role leads and supervises engineers, assigns and balances work, monitors project aging and review turnaround, coordinates with contractors and program teams, develops engineering workflows, and ensures compliance with technical standards and utility guidelines. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 8 years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering consulting, or utility program implementation, and at least 3 years leading or supervising engineering teams.
