Description
The Engineering Manager will oversee and coordinate feasibility, techno-economic studies, FEED, EPC design, and detailed engineering for oil and gas projects, including new facilities and modifications to existing plant and systems. The role manages project plans and budgets, supervises engineering teams, approves multidisciplinary engineering documents and engineering changes, monitors contractor compliance and quality, and handles resource, leave, performance, and conflict management. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, fluency in English, at least 20 years of oil and gas experience, at least 5 years in a similar role on mega oil and gas or petrochemical projects, GCC and ADNOC project experience, offshore experience, and PMC experience.
