Description
The Engineering Manager will oversee and coordinate feasibility, techno-economic studies, FEED, EPC design, and detailed engineering for oil and gas and petrochemical projects, including new facilities and modifications to existing plant and systems. The role manages project plans and budgets, supervises engineering teams, conducts technical audits and design reviews, approves engineering documents and concessions, monitors contractor compliance and quality, and handles resource, leave, performance, and change-management activities. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, fluency in English, at least 20 years of oil and gas experience, at least 5 years in a similar role, GCC and ADNOC project experience, offshore experience, and knowledge of industry codes and standards are required.
