Worth is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 4–8 engineers and own delivery outcomes for a product area, balancing execution, people leadership, and technical oversight. The role focuses on roadmap execution, reliability, quality, coaching and performance management, hiring and onboarding, cross-functional partnership with Product and Design, and maintaining a healthy, accountable engineering culture. The position uses a modern TypeScript/Node.js stack with Nest.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Redshift, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, AWS, and DataDog, and requires deep software engineering experience plus direct people management experience.
