ZAGENO is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager – eCommerce Search Experience to lead a 6–10 person backend and frontend engineering team responsible for building and evolving its product discovery and search platform. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on scalable search architecture, relevance, latency, personalization, AI/ML-driven discovery, experimentation, delivery quality, and stakeholder collaboration. Candidates need 9–11 years of software engineering experience, including 2–4 years in engineering management, along with search and retrieval, Java or Python, cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD expertise.
