Zones is hiring an Engineering Manager to build and grow technical teams and lead the development of the Zones Digital Platform. The role involves hiring and managing engineering teams, collaborating with product management and software architects, validating software architecture and engineering roadmaps, mentoring engineering leaders and architects, and fostering innovation. Candidates need 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, extensive enterprise software and large-scale product experience, experience leading geo-distributed teams, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and hands-on technical expertise across modern software technologies. The position operates from 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. Pakistan time and offers optional health insurance, life insurance, EOBI, a voluntary pension scheme, meals, and gym access.
