Description
Pleo is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Authentication and Authorisation team to own the strategy, delivery, and outcomes of product identity, authentication, and authorisation across SMB and Enterprise. The role leads a team of 6–10 software engineers, guides migration from legacy SMB services to an Enterprise architecture, modernises auth capabilities, and partners with Product, Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams. It requires hands-on authentication and authorisation expertise, architectural credibility, stakeholder management, and people leadership, with hybrid or fully remote working options.
