Pleo is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Authentication and Authorisation team to own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes of product identity, authentication, and authorisation across SMB and Enterprise. The role leads a team of 6–10 software engineers, guides technical decisions and migrations, modernises legacy authentication services, partners with Product, Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams, and builds a high-performing engineering culture. Candidates need substantial engineering-management experience, hands-on authentication and authorisation expertise, architectural credibility, and strong stakeholder management; the role offers hybrid or fully remote working options.
