Bosch is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Engineering Centre of Budapest to coordinate hardware development for control units of automatic transmissions. The role leads an international project team from offer and concept through mass production, defines work packages, coordinates with development departments and production plants, negotiates technical requirements with international customers, and maintains project documentation under Bosch quality management. The position requires an electrical engineering or mechatronics degree, experience with analog and digital circuit design and project management, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, and English communication; automotive and production experience are advantageous.
