True Anomaly is hiring an Engineering Manager, Autonomy to build and lead a team of autonomy engineers developing multi-agent resource allocation systems and edge-deployed physical AI for spacecraft operations. The role combines people leadership with technical oversight of coordination architectures, optimization algorithms, planning systems, and real-time performance trade-offs, while managing the team roadmap, cross-functional delivery, and processes from prototype through flight-ready systems. Candidates need a relevant master's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years in autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, or aerospace engineering, and 4 years leading teams of 4+ engineers. The position is open until filled and requires candidates to be near Denver, Colorado, or Long Beach, California.
