Lendbuzz is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead backend development and mentor a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers. The role focuses on backend system design, architecture, database development, API optimization, performance, code quality, production monitoring, and scalable infrastructure, while collaborating with product, stakeholders, and frontend teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least 8 years of backend development experience including 2 years in a senior or lead position, expertise in Python, Java, or Go, strong PostgreSQL and RESTful API knowledge, distributed systems experience, and familiarity with Linux, AWS, and Docker.
