ZipRecruiter is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead its Big Data Engineering team. The role owns team mission, execution, morale, and code quality; partners with product managers on the roadmap; removes roadblocks and improves processes; builds engineering culture; coaches engineers; and champions innovation. Candidates need at least six years of experience in fast-paced software or data engineering environments building ETL pipelines at scale, two years of data engineering leadership experience, and experience with production-grade data pipelines. The position offers a hybrid work environment, with most US-based positions also available remotely, and a base salary range of $190,000-$240,000.
