The Engineering Manager (bilingual Mandarin) leads the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) engineering team in San Jose, California, overseeing SMT production, equipment optimization, new product introduction, continuous improvement, process standards, data analysis, capacity planning, and engineering projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, at least 10 years of SMT or manufacturing engineering experience, and at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. The position is based in an office and manufacturing-floor environment and may require occasional travel.
