Description
GitLab is hiring a Build Team Lead to own the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of the systems that turn GitLab source code into secure, verified, and distributable artifacts. The role leads the build platform roadmap across UBT, TUBE, and other delivery targets; owns artifact delivery, dependency management, supply-chain security, self-service onboarding, build quality, observability, and cross-team coordination. Candidates should have experience with large-scale distributed services, high-availability operations, AI tooling, team leadership, and remote team management.
