Superhuman is hiring a Database Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of its Superhuman Docs calc engine, including invalidation, query execution, query planning, storage-engine architecture, performance optimization, and infrastructure scaling. The role manages a small team of approximately five engineers while remaining hands-on with code, and requires database internals experience plus 2–3+ years of engineering or technical leadership experience.
