Form Health is hiring a fully remote Engineering Manager to lead a small Care Delivery engineering team building business-critical clinical and operational systems. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, covering backend services, workflows, integrations, CI/CD, HIPAA compliance, small-batch delivery, and AI-enabled development. Candidates should have at least five years of engineering management experience, prior senior or staff-level engineering experience, and fluency with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React/Next.js, and AWS-based infrastructure. The position reports to the VP of Engineering and partners with product, clinical, and operations leaders; the base annual salary is $180,000–$200,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, equity, retirement, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and parental leave benefits.
