Description
Pivotal Health is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Case Strategy Engineering team and own the engineering systems that apply data, AI, and machine learning to independent-dispute-resolution workflows. The role includes building data models, APIs, services, feedback systems, and full-stack product capabilities; bringing AI and ML models into production; leading an experienced engineering team; growing the organization; and driving predictable delivery. The manager will report to the Director of Product Engineering and work with Data Science and AI Platform teams. The role requires several years of individual-contributor experience, at least two years of management experience, and experience delivering production AI or ML products or managing engineering work with data-science teams. Healthcare, optimization, experimentation, decision systems, Python, GCP, and LLM experience are preferred. The position is open to candidates outside Los Angeles and New York, with remote and hybrid flexibility varying by role and team.
