Description
Siena is hiring an Engineering Manager to own engineering execution across Channels, Analytics, Agents, and Integrations. The role manages weekly delivery cadences, prioritizes work with product and engineering leadership, unblocks engineers, develops technical debt plans, improves developer experience, runs 1:1s, provides direct feedback, supports senior engineers toward management, and acts as a backup hiring partner. The position requires at least three years of managing engineers in a product-delivery capacity, startup or scale-up experience, and genuine AI/LLM fluency; it is fully distributed and offers salary plus equity or stock grants.
