Konecranes is hiring an Engineering Manager, Chassis & Structure to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for mechanical design, strength calculation, structural integrity, and functional machine safety for lift trucks. The role combines technical leadership with people management, resource planning, budget oversight, engineering delivery, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering-to-Order and R&D projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of people-management experience, and at least five years of mechanical-design experience in heavy equipment, material handling, lifting applications, or automotive industries.
