OpenAI is hiring an Engineering Manager for its ChatGPT Space team to lead and grow the product engineering organization building shared workspaces for teams and agents. The role partners with product, design, research, infrastructure, and enterprise partners to define the roadmap, create and edit artifacts, integrate models, and establish technical direction across full-stack systems, editing and rendering surfaces, and model-facing integrations. The manager will guide engineering decisions, develop engineers, hire talent, maintain quality and reliability, and balance new product development with operational discipline. The position is based in San Francisco.
