GoCharting is hiring an Engineering Manager for Client Engineering to build and scale a people-management, delivery, and engineering-process function for a team developing a real-time web trading terminal, website, mobile app, and QA function. The role is a player-coach position requiring roughly half the time on people and delivery and half on technical work, including code review, standards, architecture, and AI-assisted-code verification. Candidates need 3–5+ years managing 8+ engineers, 8–12+ years of software engineering experience, strong React/TypeScript skills, and experience shipping consumer-facing web or mobile products at scale. The position is full-time, in-person in Chennai, India, with minimal travel and an ASAP start date.
