Description
Cadence is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the team developing its Clinical Intelligence platform, an AI-powered clinical decision-support system for safe, evidence-based medication recommendations. The role owns technical vision, architecture, backend services, infrastructure, evaluation, reliability, testing, observability, validation, and regulatory readiness, while partnering with clinical, product, design, and AI teams and managing AI, backend, and full-stack engineers. It is fully remote and requires software engineering and people-management experience, cloud/backend expertise, Go, relational databases, messaging systems, and production AI/LLM experience.
