Sonar is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor Cloud Engineers and Site Reliability Engineers for SonarQube Cloud and SonarQube Server. The role manages operational workload, on-call health, incident response, automation, reliability, performance, security, observability, disaster recovery, business continuity, cost optimization, and platform governance, while collaborating with squads and participating in hiring. The position requires 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on SRE, cloud operations, or infrastructure engineering, along with advanced AWS or similar cloud expertise and infrastructure-as-code experience. It is based in Geneva, Switzerland, with relocation available for the right candidate.
