Runpod is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact product engineering team responsible for customer-facing features across its console, APIs, and developer workflows. The role owns roadmap delivery, technical architecture, team hiring and development, quality and reliability, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Candidates need at least two years of engineering management experience, six or more years of software engineering experience at scale, and strong systems-level knowledge of Linux or cloud systems engineering. The position offers a base salary of $110,000 to $220,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision benefits, flexible PTO, and a home-office stipend.
