Description
The Engineering Manager for Cloud Runtime will lead a distributed squad of platform engineers responsible for HelloFresh’s multi-cluster container platform, networking, traffic routing, reliability, cost, and operational metrics. The role partners with Product, Observability, Release Engineering, and Security; manages vendor and stakeholder relationships; and contributes technically through code review, debugging, and incident response. It requires experience managing engineers across multiple locations, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and production systems, and offers a hybrid work model with flexible benefits.
