Baseten is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Cloud Platform team to lead and develop cloud platform engineers responsible for scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure. The role manages hiring, performance, technical direction, architecture, reliability standards, incident response, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. It requires direct engineering-management experience, extensive Kubernetes expertise, production infrastructure experience, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD familiarity, and strong communication and recruiting skills.
