Axon is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Connected Devices team to lead and grow a software engineering team developing platform firmware, embedded applications, and network configurations for public-safety devices. The role manages engineers, technical development, architecture, code reviews, integrations, product launches, quality, security, recruiting, and engineering processes, while collaborating with product, design, and global engineering teams. It is based in the Timisoara office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays.
