Description
Google is hiring a Software Engineering Manager for its Core team in Kirkland, Washington. The role owns technical strategy and roadmaps, leads high-impact engineering projects involving age verification, user journeys, and native interfaces, and manages and develops an engineering team. The manager will collaborate with product, user experience, program management, leadership, and engineering teams across Germany and other international locations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, eight years of Java software development experience including AI/ML applications, software architecture experience, SDLC experience, and people-management experience. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
