Sedgman is hiring an Engineering Manager for its expanding European head office in Frankfurt, Germany. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering design teams, supports engineering estimating and tender preparation, and ensures projects meet client, safety, statutory, quality, and commercial requirements in EPC/EPCM environments. The position requires an engineering bachelor's degree, at least 20 years of engineering design experience including 10 or more years leading multidisciplinary teams, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and professional proficiency in German and English.
