The role combines engineering leadership with product judgment, technical strategy, roadmap ownership, customer and engineer collaboration, team coaching, and recruiting. Candidates should have a track record leading product-focused engineering teams, hands-on coding experience, strong product thinking, and experience partnering with recruiting teams; experience with onboarding, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is relevant but not required across all areas.
