Plaid is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Dashboard Foundations team, which builds the product platform supporting the Plaid Dashboard and many customer-facing products. The role leads a team of eight engineers, defines long-term technical strategy, collaborates with product and technical leaders, shapes the roadmap, and drives high-quality delivery. Candidates need at least eight years of industry experience, including Staff-level engineering experience before management, plus one or more years of engineering management experience and a track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
