Staffbase is hiring an Engineering Manager – Data & Analytics to lead a team of 4–5 engineers while remaining hands-on as a technical player-coach. The role owns delivery, roadmap sequencing, stakeholder alignment, data engineering culture, data modeling, distributed data ownership, and emerging AI data governance. It requires senior data engineering experience, strong stakeholder management, communication, and experience managing or developing engineers.
