The role focuses on AI-driven, data-centric initiatives, trusted and secure data products, data governance, engineering excellence, and collaboration with Analytics, Product, Data Science, and Marketing. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading Data Engineering teams and experience with platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, data warehouses, data lakes, key-value stores, and dbt. The base salary starts at $199,000 and can go up to $275,000, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
