UGL, in partnership with CPB Contractors, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering delivery across major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects. The role covers early design development through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness, including coordination across mechanical, electrical, controls, and specialist systems; engineering governance, risk, change management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of internal engineering teams and consultants. A degree in Engineering and experience leading engineering delivery on data centres, building services, mission-critical facilities, or major infrastructure projects are required.
